Member Announcements is the first thing members see after logging into a PrivateGolfCourses.com website. With our set-it-and-forget-it technology, announcements are given starting and ending dates so they will appear and disappear automatically as scheduled. So it is easy to set up an announcement for, say, the New Years Party in October but not have it display until you want it to. Best yet, the New Years Party promotion won't be lingering around on the website next Memorial Day.

DESCRIPTION

The announcements page of the website is like the CNN Headline News of club information. It is the place to post the latest happenings and promotions because it is the first thing members see after logging into the website. Members are quickly brought up to date with the latest events and changes, celebration of achievements and any other tidbit that is newsworthy or will benefit from such exposure - see below for some examples.

Announcements can be created whenever it is convenient, months in advance if you wish, and wherever convenient, home, office or from vacation, wherever there is an internet connection. With our easy setup utility you choose the date and time that the announcement will appear and the date and time it will expire…it's as simple as that - scheduling is automatic.

Each announcement can include a photo or logo if desired and the system provides the ability to size the image manually or automatically. Links can be included to reference other documents or websites or to send an email or bring up a reservation/sign-up form. You can even include the member's name* in an announcement to personalize it.

Every announcement is added to the library of announcements so if you have a recurring announcement it is easy to re-activate it just by giving it a new set of 'live' dates.
